Durch ihre unterschiedliche Herkunft und Background vermischen sie verschiedene Einflüsse auf experimentelle aber magische Weise. Ihre ersten Sporen verdienen sie sich bereits im Süden von Frankreich, bevor sie Ende 2011 in Berlin auf den deutschen DJ Jim Panse und den ugandischen Rapper Abba Lang treffen. Gemeinsam entschliessen sie sich ihre Stärken zu vereinen und treten auf sämtlichen Bühnen der Stadt auf.
Ende 2012 unterschreibt Yza Ya bei dem Musiklabel Flowfish Record und im Mai 2013 erscheint ihr Debütalbum gleichen Namens: eine wahrhaft explosive Mischung!
Es folgt die erste Deutschlandtournee von Yza Ya im Sommer 2013. Dabei treffen sie auf Irie Révolté, von denen sie umgehend im Oktober 2013 als Vorband engagiert werden. Im April 2014 drehen sie den ersten Videoclip und arbeiten derzeit an ihrem zweiten Studioalbum.
Immer auf der Suche nach Adrenalin bewegt Yza Ya stetig die Massen, und das zum grossen Entzücken der Fans !

Yza Ya originates from the encounter of French bassist and producer Jay and Guadeloupian singer and producer OsyRys. Coming from completely different backgrounds, they start mixing their diverse influences in an experimental yet magical way. They already cut their teeth in the south of France before meeting German DJ Jim Panse and Ugandan rapper Abba Lang in Berlin in 2011.
Together they decide to unite their strengths and to hit every possible stage the city has to offer.
At the end of 2012, Yza Ya signs with the record label Flowfish Record and gets out their debut album of the same name: a mixture of explosive influences!
They start touring in Germany in the summer of 2013. On the road, they meet Irie Révolté who sign them up as a supporting act in October 2013. The first video clip follows in April 2014.
Yza Ya is currently working on their second album. Always on the hunt for adrenalin, they keep moving the crowds to the delight of their fans !
