Introducing PASTEL COLOURS with their eagerly awaited debut single “Hands Like Silk”. The band who is based in Cornwall recorded the track in their home a là Jack Nitzsche on a DIY budget or Joe Meek who famously recorded vocals in his bathroom on Hollyway Road.
Pastel Colours draw inspiration from the likes of The Soft Machine, Syd Barrett and The West Coast Pop Art Experimental Group amongst others.

Debut track “Hands Like Silk” opens with beautiful oscillation until the drenched guitar kicks in. The track makes up a perfect introduction to this neo-psychedelic band. Currently spending their time recording relentlessly and booking up live dates – you can expect to hear a lot from Pastel Colours in the next coming months.
