Melanie Baker is a twenty year old singer-songwriter hailing from the Lake District.
After recently releasing her EP ‘Dreamer’ this September, she has been playing numerous gigs around the country. Inspired by the the likes of Joni Mitchell and Kate Bush, Billie Eilish and Gabrielle Aplin; Melanie aims to combine a classic storytelling narrative with catchy pop-inspired melodies.
Her debut EP hit #2 best-selling preorder on the iTunes singer/songwriters charts. Thanks to her loyal online following she has now had hundreds of thousands of streams on Spotify alone.
Melanie has supported the likes of dodie, Jake Houlsby, Carousel and recently shared a line-up with Ward Thomas in London.
