Der erste Hit: ein Solidaritätssong für Winona Ryder. Der lief auch im Radio und Frau Ryder wurde bekanntlich nicht verurteilt. Trotzdem sind seitdem alle Texte der Band in Englisch. Es folgten: 3 Alben und zahlreiche Konzerte in Clubs und bei Open Airs in Berlin und Brandenburg. Columbia Theater, Knaack Club und Internationale Funkausstellung. School’s Out, Dosse Fest und Fontane Festspiele. Und immer wieder Party.

DAYSONIC live: Das ist Indie Rock und Britpop nach vorn, rau und tanzbar. Melodiebesessen & treibende Beats, ekstatische Gitarren-Soli & splitternde Synth-Attacken. DAYSONIC ist die tägliche Ration Songs und Sounds. Die Band kommt aus Berlin. Und sagt: Musik ist wie Atmen.

Im Auftrag hat die Band auch schon für den Atomausstieg oder für Bio-Supermärkte geschrieben. Aktuell geht es um bizarre Online-Scheinwelten und unmögliche Romanzen mit Superstars, um kopflose Ignoranten und Tagträumen in der Disco. Ob laut im Club oder draußen. Oder unplugged und entspannt – es geht um Spaß vor und auf der Bühne. Manchmal legen wir auch auf und bringen das Publikum so zum Tanzen. Zeig uns eine Bühne und wir spielen drauf.
