The duet is defending a raw and visceral sound. tinged with original blues to the United States’ south (Skip James , Robert Johnson, Blind Willie Johnson…), mixed with indie rock like The Kills or Hell’s Kitchen. Compositions are sometimes powerfuls and emaciated, sometimes more soft and intimate who offer to Catfish his self musical identity.
6 months after the beginning in May 2011, Catfish charms lots of concert halls and are opening for Bob Brozman or Cœur de Pirate. So, the duet begins a concert tour in France (Paris, Les Repérages Eurockéennes de Belfort, Lyon, Neuchatel, Nyons, Marseille, Le Mans, Nantes …). During this concert tour, they introduce to their public, pieces of their EP, avaible since April 2012 on the occasion of the Noomiz International Party to the International in Paris.
They appeared on the stage : la Rodia (Besançon), la Commanderie (Dole), le Rock n’Troll Festival, le Labo Sonore, le Moulin de Brainans …
