Waves Like Walls - established 2012.
In Zeiten, in denen Bands sich bemühen nichts falsch zu machen, lassen sich nur wenige nicht in starre Kategorien zwängen. Waves Like Walls aus Ingolstadt ist so eine Band. Seit der Gründung im Jahr 2012 gehen sie unbeirrt ihren Weg, ohne sich von Genre- oder Imagekonventionen beeindrucken zu lassen. Immer ehrlich, immer Vollgas, immer 100% Energie. Ob auf Platte oder Live - "WLW" haben etwas zu sagen und lassen sich dabei nichts vorschreiben.
Nach drei Single-Releases und einer EP folgt 2016 die erste komplett Do-It-Yourself produzierte EP. "The Path" gibt den Ton an, Vollgas voraus ist das Motto und weniger kann man von Waves Like Walls auch nicht erwarten. Fünf neue Songs lassen nichts vermissen: Power, Melodie, Menschlichkeit und Ehrlichkeit unter einem Banner. Die druckvolle Produktion durch The Rat Studios (Michael Marketsmüller) macht für jeden Zuhörer klar: Keine Kompromisse, keine Ausreden! Waves Like Walls sind hier und gehen nicht so schnell wieder.
