Hailing from the deepest darkest corners of the North Yorkshire Pennines, odd-ball recluses The Tiny Minds are four-piece band that sound ready for big things. Burrowing themselves away for over a year of relentless recording, the band have finished over 40 tracks, co-directed a number of their own music videos and supported the likes of Jeffrey Lewis. Combining a love of Motown with art-pop guitar bands like Blur and Jagwar Ma, The Tiny Minds are on track to make a big noise from their sleepy part of the world.

Their contribution to the 4x12” Compilation is ‘Jealous Sea’, a stomping, motown inspired guitar-rock gem that grabs the attention of the listener. Snarling guitars, soulful organs, drawling punk vocals and Northern Soul beats all converge here, to create something very special.

The Tiny Minds will be opening for The Pigeon Detectives for 3 dates on their March tour - including 2 sell out shows at Manchester's Gorilla, and The Sugarmill in Stoke.
