9.10.1970 in Suhl, spielt mit eigenem Trio, im Günther Fischer Quintett, mit Esther Kaiser und im internationalen Gitarrentrio Guitar Celebration. Seine Musik ist inspiriert von Carla Bley, Esbjörn Svensson und den späten Beatles. Auf seinem Soloalbum, das 2015 auf Jazzwerkstatt records erschienen ist, spielt Rüdiger Krause eine verrückt romantische Hommage an die große Carla Bley auf akustischen und elektrischen Gitarren.
