After the critical success of their first two EPs, Charlywood turned their attention to their debut album "aloadasongs", released on the 19th of September 2014. Paying little regard to genre conventions, Charlywood simply strive to make good songs, no matter which genre they end up fitting into, the energy and sensibility remains the same; independent music from the heart.

Charlywood wurde im Jahr 2010, von dem aus London stammenden Sänger und Songwriter Andrew Charlwood, in Wien ins Leben gerufen. Nach den Erfolgen der ersten beiden EP´s, die in Zusammenarbeit mit Schlagzeuger Fabian Natter entstanden, wurde das Line-Up als Band komplettiert und das Debut Album „Aloadasongs“ im Herbst 2014 veröffentlicht. Live-Shows und Touren in England sowie Deutschland, sowie regelmäßige Auftritte in Österreich stehen seither auf dem Programm der Band.
