Seit dem ersten Album 1997 sind sie durch Russland, Europa und Amerika getourt, haben sich die Bühnen mit den BLUES BROTHERS, THE EXPLOITED und DELIRIUM geteilt und wurden beim New York International Music Festival 2004 zur besten internationalen Band gekürt.

Wer auf die frühen GENESIS, PINK FLOYD oder DIRE STRAITS steht, sollte bei THE SKYS reinhören. Ein Schlüssel zum Charme der Band ist das Gesangs-Wechselspiel von ihm und ihr sowie ein musikalischer Ansatz, der sowohl ausladend als auch folkig ist. Für 2019 ist ein neues Album angekündigt.

The Skys is the most recognized Lithuanian rock band abroad with a new album mastered at Abbey Road Studios.

The band released six albums: “Civilized” (1997), “Dreams” (1999), “Postmodern Game” (2004), “Colours of the Desert” (2011), “Journey through the Skies” (2015) and "Automatic Minds" (2019).

The Skys shared the stage with Rick Wakeman (ex-YES), Blues Brothers, The Exploited, Lifesigns, Delirium, John Young Band, Arena and many more.

In 2012 Many high-quality press articles were published about the band in all major Lithuanian newspapers. The Skys album reviews showed up in The USA, Canada, Europe and receiving the very high evaluation.
